Mercuria specializes in the sale of wellness products sourced and fulfilled through our dropshipping partner, CJ Dropshipping. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

• All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will apply to orders placed after the update is posted
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions and images; however, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, or error-free
• Mercuria reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms
• Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to stock levels maintained by our fulfillment partners

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order through Mercuria, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

• All orders constitute an offer to purchase, which Mercuria accepts or declines at its sole discretion
• Mercuria accepts multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within the United States
• For non-COD orders, payment must be received and processed before order fulfillment
• By providing payment information, you warrant that such information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method
• You are responsible for all charges associated with your order, including any applicable taxes and fees
• Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment; fulfillment is contingent upon payment verification and product availability

4. Shipping & Delivery

Mercuria ships wellness products exclusively within the United States using our dropshipping fulfillment partner, CJ Dropshipping.

• All orders are shipped from U.S. warehouses maintained by CJ Dropshipping
• Standard delivery time is 3-10 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Mercuria does not ship internationally or to addresses outside the United States
• All shipping is conducted via standard carriers selected by CJ Dropshipping and Mercuria
• Risk of loss and title to products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon receipt, whichever occurs first
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses; Mercuria is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address information
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and method selected

5. Returns & Refunds

• Mercuria’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for products purchased through Mercuria

• Mercuria is not liable for any losses resulting from product delays, failures in delivery, or unavailability of products due to circumstances beyond our control
